 Recipe Chicken Hainan
ingredients:
• 4 pieces (80 ounces) chicken thighs
• 2 cm ginger, crushed
• 2 pieces of green onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 3 tablespoons fish sauce
• 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 liter of water to boil

• 700 grams of rice
• 2 cm ginger, crushed
• 4 cloves garlic, mashed
• 500 ml chicken stock
• 2 tablespoons fish sauce
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
chicken skewer with a fork or a sharp knife edge. Marinate the chicken with fish sauce and ginger that has been refined. Let stand for 30 minutes. Boil chicken in boiling water.
